I have recently installed Genuine Windows Vista® Ultimate 32 on my PC and I am having 4GB of ram. I want to ask whether I can install more than 4gb of ram. Will Vista going to support it?

Sorry dude but all 32bit operating systems can support atmost 4GB of RAM and not more than that.
Yeah Dutta is absolutely right.
The fact is that 32-bit Windows XP or Windows Vista will not use more than 3.2 GB to a maximum of 3.5 GB of RAM, even if the hardware configuration comes with a full 4 GB.
However, this is not case with 64-bit Windows operating systems. In Vista, you can have a maximum of 128 GB RAM in Ultimate, Business and Enterprise, while the Home Premium and Home Basic editions supports 16 GB and 8 GB of RAM respectively.
This is because significant chunks of address space below 4GB get reserved for use by system hardware: BIOS – including ACPI and legacy video support; PCI bus including bridges etc. PCI Express support will reserve at least 256MB, up to 768MB depending on graphics card installed memory
