Graphics card under 8500 for Gaming/Editing purpose OR Should I wait n raise my budget ??

Currently I Upgraded my system with
Intel i5 3330 (3 GHz)
8 GB Ram
CoolerMaster Thunder 600W
CoolerMaster N400



I bought ATI Radeon HD 5450 around a year ago. When I play games like NFS MW2012, Hot Pursuit 2010, its not run smoothly even on 720p resolution while I can play both these games smoothly on my Dell XPS 15z (i5 + NVIDIA GeForce GT 420M)

So I decide to upgrade my graphics card also n while searching I found some good cards like ATI HD 7770, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750.

I'm a professional photographer N also doing image editing so after reading some reviews it made me confuse that should I buy from above cards or wait n raise my budget for a better card ???

You can easily buy a HD 6790 graphics card from AMD which is a good one under your Rs. 8500 budget. Since you also have a CoolerMaster Thunder 600W PSU then it will be enough to power this video card. With this card you can expect to play all kinds of games at high level but some games cannot be played on ultra settings, as they will lag or such. As for editing, this card would be sufficient for all kind of works from photoshop editing to video editing, etc.
