How to choose Video Card. Advices

Hi guys can you advice me how to choose Graphic Card and what parameter is the main be Graphic Card faster.

I choose this one for the price $250. EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked

2048MB GDDR5
Base Clock: 1072 MHz
Boost Clock: 1137 MHz
Memory Clock: 6008 MHz Effective
CUDA Cores: 1152
256 bit Memory

What I must primarily look at?
I am doing 3DS Max & Maya - Interior,Exterior & Visual Effects.
What is the best way doing quick RENDERS choose Bit Rate higher (256,384,512,768) Base Clock, Boost Clock or what I must look at buying Graphic Card.

The EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked will be definitely worth it for doing video editing and all, but what all other hardware components you will be using with it? Note that you will have to buy a good PSU for the video card because a crappy power supply will not be able to give enough power to the graphics card.
