Zotac GTX 580 AMP Edition low fps while playing games

Since installing Zotac GTX 580 AMP Edition in my system running on windows my integrated graphic card (VGA) is not working properly. I am getting very low fps with it while playing games, I am not able to get more than 10 fps for the game. I did not had this issue with it before installing Zotac GTX 580 and its driver (GeForce 295.73 Driver ) and I used to get around 30 to 40 fps previously. My GTX 580 is working fine, is there anything I can do about vga?

I have checked regarding it and have found that there are some latest drivers available for it, you can try installing any of the below ones:

• GeForce 301.24 Driver
• GeForce 301.42 Driver
• GeForce 304.48 Driver
• GeForce 304.79 Driver

You can download them from nvidia official site, Try installing them and let me know if you get better fps with your vga after that.

I don’t think there should be any issue as such, I mean when your GTX 580 is working fine your vga should work fine as well. As far as I am aware GeForce 295.73 Driver is the most stable one. If installing the above mentioned driver doesn’t help then you can try installing old drivers as well. This appears to be an issue with driver and nothing else, post back if any of the latest drivers help you with its version.

I am not sure about your case but I wanted to share that I was going through the same issue a week ago after installing GTX 580. I had tried installing almost all of the latest driver that has mentioned here but they were making no difference.

Later I installed GeForce 296.10 Driver WHQL and since then both GTX 580 and vga are working fine. I will suggest you to first install GeForce 296.10, if that doesn’t help then you can proceed installing the other ones, I have found GeForce 296.10 to be the most stable driver as per my experience.
