Emulating Pixel Shader 1.3 with old Radeon 7500 Graphic Card in T-30 Thinkpad and XP

Trying to help my son who got an old version of Settlers Rise- using my old laptop t-30; meets all the requirements except one which is the graphic card does not support Pixel Shader 1.3- are there any "work arounds"- emulatorsetc.
Tried 3d Analyze- looked like it might help but either I am not very smart or it was not the right tool for the job.

any help appreciated on this

So why don't you upgrade your graphic card. A better option would be Radeon 8500 it supports all pixel shaders from 1.1 to 1.4.

So better upgrade your card it will be useful for you for the future games as well.
