Sony CX32 VS Samsung LA32D450

hi All,

i am confused between Sony CX32 and Samsung LA32D450 LCD TV. which one should i go for in terms of Picture quality, sound and lifespan. The salesguy was insisting on Samsung sayg it plays all movie formats whereas sony plays only MP4 or such.

Kindly guide me on this urgently.
