Re: GeForce GTX 680 vs GeForce GTX 580 3GB Classified vs Sapphire Radeon HD 7970

I think that the Nvidia GeForce GTX 680 will be a better choice as compared to Nvidia GeForce GTX 580 3GB Classified and Sapphire Radeon HD 7970, it is the latest and one of the top-of-the-line card, I really think that it is the fastest graphics card today, it features an new clock design which is capable of utilizing both stock and boost clock speed, here the stock speed is said to be giving lowest GPU frequency which will give a better gaming experience where as the GPU Boost will be increasing the clock speed as compared to that of the stock frequency for giving the best result, the GPU Boost will work at software as well as hardware level and it will be monitoring the GPU's power consumption along with the heat level, using Nvidia GeForce GTX 680 it will be possible to get clocks beyond 1100MHz, it will run under most load conditions, according to the reviews I have come across the GTX 680 is said to be 10% faster than the HD 7970, so better go for the same and I am quite sure you won’t regret on your decision.

I really don’t think that Nvidia GeForce GTX 680 is better than SAPPHIRE HD 7970 3GB GDDR5, I personally feel that the HD 7970 3GB is the best amongst these three cards, I will like to inform you that it is the first graphics card incorporating latest generation of GPU’s and featuring the new GCN optimised graphics processing architecture, I think that it is the best and the most powerful single chip GPU by now, it comes with a new internal structure and has 32 compute units with a total of 2048 Stream processors, it will be shipped with core clock speed of 925MHz, it is also having AMD Powertune technology which will be helping to get better performance by over clocking, you can just go through he below short specification of the same:
    Output
    • 1 x Dual-Link DVI
    • 1 x HDMI (with 3D)
    • 2 x Mini-DisplayPort
    • DisplayPort 1.2

    GPU
    • 925 MHz Core Clock
    • 28 nm Chip
    • 2048 x Stream Processors

    Memory
    • 3072 MB Size
    • 384 -bit GDDR5
    • 5500 MHz Effective

Re: GeForce GTX 680 vs GeForce GTX 580 3GB Classified vs Sapphire Radeon HD 7970

If you will be getting a card for gaming the I think that the Nvidia GeForce GTX 580 3GB will just be the best choice as it is offering higher clock frequencies for the GPU along with memory clock frequencies and Shader clock, this will just allow the gamers to get the best performance out of the gpu and even better gaming experience, the GTX 580 3GB will really give better gaming experience on graphics settings as well as on high resolutions, The best thing of this card is that the NVIDIA has redesigning their cooler for using a vapor design so as to provide the best cooling and quite environment for gaming, the card won’t be getting hotter because of the better design of the cooler, it will stay much cooler as compared to that of GTX 480 under load, I think that this is the best and the fastest GPU that has been developed by NVIDIA so far.
