Alan Wake freezes with AMD Radeon HD 7970

In my computer I have AMD Radeon HD 7970 graphic card and I have downloaded Alan wake game and installed in my computer from PC. Now after downloading this game in my computer when I start it at that time it freezes. I have tried to solve this problem by changing the graphic setting but that does not help me to solve this problem.

First I would like to ask you is have you don’t overclocking with your AMD Radeon HD 7970 graphic card? If yes then you should use the default graphic card setting and then try to play Alan wake game. You have to also try to solve this problem by trying this game with different resolution.

After doing that you have to go to open 107810 folder from # directory and then delete the keybinds.xml file. After deleting this file you have to restart Steam and then launch the game. Verifying the game files of the Alan wake does not help me to solve this problem. After that I have also deleted keybinds.xml file and then when I restart steam and tried to play Alan wake game at that time also same problem occurred. How can I fix this issue?

Now after installing latest AMD drivers in your computer you have to check whether same problem appears or not? I was also getting same problem with AMD Radeon HD 7970 graphic card and then I have update graphic card in my computer and after updating the graphic card drivers when I tried to play Alan wake game at that time I didn’t get any problem.
