For all configurations, SLI requires a motherboard that supports SLI . For maximum performance, NVIDIA recommends a motherboard PCI-E 2.0 x16. Please ensure that your system is running the latest version of SBIOS.

I guess that your RIG can easily handle the another GTX 590 with the power supply that you are using . just don’t add the third one or you will be having the problem of voltage shortage however working with the two of them at max load will take up to approximately 365 watts each or else 730 watts on the top 300 watts for the rest of your system. I am not certain that what is the power connectors like on the SilverStone Strider Gold 1200W Power Supply but you would be require 2 x 8-pin for all card.

Thanks for the reply that means that my system can easily handle the SLI GTX590 card . well as far as the power connecter on the SilverStone Strider Gold 1200W Power Supply it still is the 2 x 8-pin PCI express. Once again thanks for the reply guys I really appreciate that
