Well I have attached below the zip file of EVGA GTX 550 Ti Fan Unlocker v1.0 by using this particular software you will be able to reduce the Fanspeed upto 30%.

Once you have downloaded above mentioned software you have to peform below mentioned steps.
- You have to extract the files on your hard disk.
- There should not be any program running in the back ground and you have to click on update.exe.
- Press Y in order to begin with the updates.
- Make sure that you should not turn off the power or restart your system.
- Once you have done with update you should reboot your computer.
- Finally you have to install the latest version of NVIDIA graphics drivers after restarting your computer.
