NVIDIA Control Panel Settings Help

I am new to Computer gaming and need help setting it up for SLI & Program settings.

What should my World of Warcraft In-game settings be also the NVIDIA Control Panel > Program settings.

Computer Specs are
i7-2600k
6GB DDR3 (Upgrading to 16GB this weekend)
GeForce GTX 460 1GB (SLI)

(I don't know if this matters but i will post it)
1.8TB 64MB (I think 7,200 RPM)
Bluray Disk drive and DVD disk drive

Basically the control panel is configured on default settings. But if still you want to configure it then I can provide you some details. There are many option in Control panel which can help you to make the game display best. I can provide you a link which has information on the options available under the Control panel.
