Leaked specification of nvidia geforce 660,670,680 graphic cards

I have heard that the nvidia geforce 660,670,680 will be out soon and I have also heard that they will be giving better performance as compared to the 500's and if it is really so then I will be getting nvidia geforce 660 for sure, I just wanted to know is there anyone who is aware of the leaked specification of the above cards, any suggestions regarding the same will be appreciated.

Even I am waiting for them and I have found some people mentioning that it will be releasing officially by march or april of 2012 but then I am not very sure about the same, as per the specification even I am thinking of going with the nvidia geforce 660.

I don’t think that they will be there and this is just a rough specification of the graphic cards, I have checked out for the same and I have found that there are only some sites that is displaying such specifications, I have not found the official site talking about it yet, so guys just wait for the true specifications rather than seeing the above leaked specifications and then getting disappointed with the real ones.
