HI, I have searched Google for a while and couldn’t find anything, I want to know that which one is better for me , crossfire hd 6770 or hd 6870, is crossfire hd 6770 is superior to a single hd 6780, if you are having some tips than please reply me.
I am having the same confusion, but when I go through the article of HD 6770 review over at Guru3D, it looks like crossfire option is superior to the single card option,
Thanks for the reply, I couldn’t find anything comprehensive on google, but as the article you have said was really helpful to me,the article states that crossfire 6770 is equivalent to a single 6970
from my experience , the performance of crossfire hd 6770 has improved significantly ,but it can’t beat a single hd card, crossfire still needs further improvement , if you are using a crossfire hd 6770 than it is obvious to mention the inherent problem of low end crossfire, crrippling minimum fps, and about its terrible drivers, so instead of going with crossfire hd 6770,you just go for a single hd card. The performance of a single hd card is much better than crossfire hd 6770
I am having the crossfire hd 6770 and it is better than a single hd 6870, it is not like that crossfire hd is crap, the only things bad about crossfire hd is the terrible drivers and its minimum fps
hello, I am running readon crossfire hd 6770 and from my experience it isn't a crap, they both crossfire hd 6770 and single hd 6870 having almost same performance depending on the application you have, it is like one is better than the other one ,but neither is a crap.
For better performance all you have to that, keeps the driver updated ,and if possible provide some external air to the fans to keep them cool.but if you are using 2 crossfire hd 6770 than you are facing with the issue of generating lots of heat and noise problem, and then you have upgrade the crossfire hd 6770. There is no difference in cost of both the hd card it is upto you which one you should buy.
