How to control ASUS HD 6970 from overheating when in idle?

hi..I' am able find a set of complain about with the ASUS HD 6970, and I hold no problem with it, beginning the last one was in terms a week ago, when after that I realize, until I turned on the PC, you just prove the PC in idle at about 50-60 sec at a time, which have a normal temperature. It rises to 108 degrees Celsius plus my PC close up so please help manage the temperature of the motherboard?

I think there is some problem in your fan or fans can be crapped out so that will be make your PC in idle condition if there is any problem in your fans then you might be getting some sound from the inner parts.

While HW -Monitor along with the temp is irritating and to stay below 50 now... perhaps I have a loose control of the connection inside form the PC? I did recently set up one more HDD to get better performance and so I need extra HDD to copy my data on the HDD. I open the holder and change some cable approximately to try and help by way of airflow; possibly It can be fixed it unintentionally?

I think this is the issue about the that before that when my fans has been crashed that time having this type of the sound so then I just change the fans then I working good so just try to change your then check I think this can be worked or it can be fixed.

I just want do a little just try to open the CCC and the adjustment of the fan at 100%, after that it should not be able to say whether his fans will be functioning or running the correct way or not so that when trying to run on a reference etc. so if a cable will be trapped in it, which makes and able to get any sound from the PC to be here
