Self test check your pc and signal cable monitor is working

Hello,

I'm using windows xp , yesterday restarted my computer and keep getting error message: self test check your pc and signal cable monitor is working .
What this means to? Please help me here. How can i fix it?

Hey buddy, now you need to troubleshoot your pc by yourself , first make sure that your monitor cable is properly plugged at both the ends. If then also you doesn't gets any help then you should try different monitor cable or do cleaning of the contact to cure the issue.

You should try by moving the RAM stick to the next empty slot. Or do the re-installation of Windows XP. Also make sure that all cords are tightly plugged in.

Are you sure about the power cables and data cables are connected properly to the devices, like to hard disk and CD-ROM etc, and are fully inserted into the devices and into the motherboard connectors? My best guess for you is plug the monitor into the other jack it fits into. It will work with a reset.

i tried to use three monitors and have the same problem... i cleacned the grathic card also got 2 data cables.. and still no progress.. what should i do? btw: my clabes was used while the monitors started to show that words..
