3DClub GeForce GTX 560 Ti gives nvlddmkm.sys bsod error when installing driver

Hello all, my first time here and was hoping i could finaly solve this mystery on my new pc..

About a week ago i decided its time for a new pc so i went and bought:

    Motherboard: Gigabyte Z68A-D3-B3
    Cpu: Intel Core i5 2500 3.30Ghz 6MB
    Memory: DD3 Kingstone 2048MB x 4
    Graphics: Club3d GTX560Ti 1GB OC Edition
    Power: Corsair GS800

so i installed windows 7 and finished with the motherboard drivers i went and installed nvidia latest drivers 280 something. i restarted and got a BSOD with nvlddmkm.sys. i unistall the drivers and let windows install me a driver and its picking a generic VGA driver and sometimes the correct one version 270.33. it logs into windows normaly and after awhile i get a screen flash and windows say driver has failed and it has been recovered.

any ideas what it might be?

i runned Hiren CD and checked the Memory, it was ok.

Have you used something like Ccleaner to remove the drivers, or just do a standard uninstall? How about third party apps uninstallation? Do you have EVGA Precision / MSI Afterburner / Riva Tuner or any other app installed? I'd remove those as well. Also you could try both the driver version that came with the card as well as the latest version off of nvidia website.
Searching the forums can help you to find your answers more quickly

yes i have used both ccleaner and add/remove programs from control panel i still get the same thing. no i dont have any third party programs and i have used many drivers (from cd of the card, latest from nvidia, beta drivers, even used a OC one). now i pluged my old GTS 240 and its all good.

am guessing the graphics card is bad or something?
