Battlefield 3 has low FPS with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570

I doubt what to upgrade on my pc to run in high or ultra BF3 without 30fps.in the setting of high, when I play the subway map I min 50fps, 65fps max90 and a half. but in the Caspian Sea border 30fps I min, max 90fps, 40/45 fps average. forgot to mentioned have installed the beta driver for bf3.
Here my spec

Gtx570 1g
AMD Phenom II X4 955BE 3.5Ghz
Windows 7 32 bit
4GB RAM

Should have one more gtx570 in SLI or should I update my existing Phenom X4?

BF3 use enough RAM, maybe I should switch to windows 7 64 bit and see if this helps (no 32-bit only use 3 GB?) I meet a 90% use 4 GB RAM with him when he is in the BF3. If not, what is the cpu. Temps never go over 65C, power management was adaptive mode. i prefer to max perf switch but cannot test the beta versions Could be a driver problem, but my friends do not know what the problem. My motherboard doesn’t support for DDR3. That means you would have to buy a new motherboard, w7 64, new ram. I have not much money, so try to find out what's wrong with my pc .I believe will wait for the final version of BF3 and see if I get little use GPU and low fps. Windows 7 32-bit can support up to 4GB of RAM, but if you check your resources were less. So really only use about 3.3 GB of RAM. And BF3 needs more ram than other games. I tried to BF BC2 and still the same problem, using the GPU as drops fps drops too low. When their use by 90% I get 90-110 fps. if it is really caused by my ram and w7, ill upgrade to 64 bits and more RAM. But maybe I get through the bottleneck my CPU?

I have a dual-core i5 650 and I have more of a bottleneck and I get frame drops but still runs all my games over 30 fps with no lag, even with dropped frames. So your CPU is much better so you should have no problem. However, their battlefield beta 3 frames I have in the beta and the game 1366x768 @ me. So if you play HD resolution, then fine. And the complete beta mistakes too. Bad Company 2 also I like my body with the use of GPU low. I'm not sure why this is because my CPU usage is like 60% ... But is the RAM memory and 64 bits, which is an inexpensive upgrade.

You do not need more RAM (I assume you meant 1024, DDR3 2048Mhz = 1024GHz not really), and last but not least, you're in a 32-bit operating system, so that only 1 GB of RAM each time it is used. Windows and a set of 4 GB will improve dramatically faster performance.
