Cannot enable SLI with Palit GTX 460 and Inno3D GTX 460 SE Green Edition

Yesterday I have configured my system together with a Pallit gtx460oc as well as an inno 3d gtx 460 green edition, except there is no choice within nvidia control panel for me to allow SLI. I am really stuck here and I am not able to fix it in any manner. The system is installed with Windows 7 64x, i7 processor and 24 GB of ram. As far as I know that all the drivers are latest. What I am missing here?

Hopefully you have bought in recent weeks, no Geforce GTX 465 (280 €). For the Nvidia Geforce GTX 460 practically count as fast and costs far less. Success is the basis of the new revised GF104 graphics processor. Not just a halved GF100, but rather one of the needs of players, game engines or custom graphics processor. Two versions of Nvidia brings to the market: a 1,024-Mbyte version for 230 € and 768 € for 200 MB. Yet but few of the previously cheapest DirectX 11 graphics cards from Nvidia are commercially available.

Cripple the memory of GTX460 are good just nothing, certainly not in SLi. This is known in technical terms a bad buy. I've Been through that with 8800GT 512 SLi. The 1GB version would probably still get stuck in the PC but 512 was too little. The raw performance is high time but once something like traffic direction arises storage layer is in the shaft. With massive memory overclocking can add as displacement can try something but you rarely replace them with speed.

SLI and whether you can answer only what brings you. We have no idea about. We do not know whether your software with SLI scaling, we have no idea whether or not a card in your settings is quite sufficient, and most importantly, we have no idea how you deal with the SLI problem.

SLI Bridge sitting on the two types of graphics. They are also recognized in the device manager, even in the Nvidia Control Panel, it only lacks just that I can activate SLI. And when Benchmark GTX 460 is only the first Utilized the other stays at 0% the whole time.

This is a problem in SLI. I had that too. If 99% of the SLI bridge. Turning them once or get you some new ones. Had with me a long time such problems. But really you should know which problems occur with SLI when running this.
