Is it possible to use graphic card memory & built in graphic memory together?

My System's configuration is:

M/B : Intel DH61WW
CPU : Core i3 2100 3.10 Ghz
Ram: 4GB

Apart from this, I have NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GE 512 MB graphic card.

Now I want to know that can I use my graphic card memory & built in graphic memory together to enhance gaming experience???
AND
When my graphic card is plugged into the motherboard slot, My motherboard video output doesn't work.. whats this about????
AND
Which one is better in terms of gaming.. My graphic card or my system only????

1) Yes definitely you can use additional graphic card to enhance your graphics.

2) May be your card is having a 6 pin PCIe power plugs and hence it is failing to give any output signal, thats what i suppose.

3) Internal graphics is enough for limited games that does not require high memory, it is always better to get a high end graphic card. You might not know when you will require it.

Well my graphic card is PCI-e 16x pins card.
Now tell me that can I combine my graphic card memory with my motherboard built-in graphic memory????
