How to unlock Radeon 6950 to Radeon 6970

I was inspired by a lot of films about Radeon HD 6950 and Radeon HD6970. At the moment I tried to unlock radeon with my Gigabyte card and. from time to time the computer crashes. I completed a backup of the unique BIOS, nevertheless I cannot flash back. I deleted the drivers and now I cannot even reinstall. While demanding to crush it again.

The ability to flash the bios of the Radeon 6950 to be a 6970 only functional to cards as they were initial cards the standard suggestion is the identical, apart from the BIOS. This soon changed, and still in the few letters that stay the similar physically has been blocked now.

It may not be capable to recover the card, as they have tried to flash the novel BIOS with no luck already. You could try to return to the manufacturer, but as they have made void the warranty may only reject or make you pay for the repair. You should not play with things until you are sure you understand what you are doing

Well, I would say the program is damaged. What programs are trying to use to update the firmware now?

Somehow I do not think it will work! I also suspect that running antivirus software and firewalls, etc. I do not think will be swayed by threats of being honest.

If they will not consider me I have a virus, I still say that I have on my hard drive, so you can send to have it analyzed. I have nothing to lose. You can try if you think you will believe. You may get lucky!

A good example is the Radeon 6950, which is nothing more than a Radeon 6970 with a cluster of 128. This is most of the risky process and if you want to do this task, use the manual guidance. There is an special descriptions about this issue. You can use this as an reference and then using such thing you can able to unlock your video card.
