Latest drivers of ATI HD 5650 with Acer Aspire 7745G

I have used this Acer Aspire 7745G laptop and ATI HD 5650 video card combination last two year. I had used an 8.713.3.3000 for this video card connectivity. It works well but I need the best technique that will be find that this driver is to be latest or not. Any kind of help will be appreciated.
