Sony webcam not found!!!

I have a VGN SR490 JBB vaio laptop. I installed win7 ultimate 32 bit on it.But my webcam not works. I installed all related drivers. when I try to instal sony visual communication camera driver this Error is appear "camera device not found".
Plz help me to solve my webcam

Alright, can you test your webcam either by installing yahoo messenger or skype for windows on your pc and test the webcam view, if its working then its not the webcam fault but some drivers problem. So uninstall the driver for your webcam and install driver detective software which will let you install all the missing drivers for the devices in your pc.
