Help for Connecting DTH settop box to PC with NVIDIA 9500 GT

Hi All,

Is it possible for connecting the set-top box (which, I presume, is a digital tuner) to my PC which has NVIDIA 9500 GT Graphics Adapter card? The set-top box provides output in AV format (i.e. Red and white connectors for audio and Yellow for video).

The NVIDIA 9500 GT card on my PC has 3 ports - VGA, HDMI & DVI.

It is not directly possible to do the same. For that you need a TV Tuner card. The reason is that your system or graphic card cannot directly recognize the TV signal. If you have a TV tuner card then it is possible that you can connect the set top box to the card and then with the software which comes with the TV Tuner card you can view and record programs. Graphic card can just provide you an additional display support.
