Need opinion on dell U2311h or EA232WMi or get ASUS VH238H.

I am doing a double monitor configuration and I was the entire put on the dell u2311h but then I considered maybe NEC EA232WMi but since of the entire the troubles people are having and the cost premium- appears such as if I can save more than $200 on a double TN panel configuration- then I should. I desire to mount both screens to the wall or on an arm linked to the desk so small fry LED screens such as the Asus appeals to me. One query- not confident if this is right to still say- but is a 23 inch monitor very big for a double configuration? I am presently on a 37” Westinghouse- so I believe large is good- but sitting close is a bit cruel on the neckline. I am hopeful double 23” would be superior but not confident. Please do not fire- but any additional TN panel advice?

I can inform you that I had three of the NEC's you are thoughts concerning. Astonishing screen not for gaming only but for web browsing and photo restriction also. I went from the Westinghouse you have at the present a Dell 2407 (S-PVA) then to the NEC's and I simply traded for a Dell 3008wfp. All you have to be careful about how it goes big screen this much smaller one. It will be a big difference at first. I can say that IPS is very much worth the extra money. I used some of my friends 24 "TN screens and Asus are just not pleasant to be honest. The picture seems flat measure up to IPS / PVA, having three of the 23" on a table was not as large as might think. Depending on the size of your desktop, there should be little problem. Your Westy will be larger than two monitors.

I'm running a Dell with two NEC u2311H EA231 and it is too cool. They all work well on vertical or horizontal and in fact the biggest things I like about ips monitors are the best colors. Until previous week I was working on the Dell monitor among an upcoming Asus TN to be 1920x1200. The Asus TN was fairly usable, but it reminds me each time how overwhelming was my ips screen. If your use of monitors for several hours every day, I'll ips monitors. I'm thinking of waiting to keep this setting for 4-5 years but could add another two in a couple of years of 5x1 in the picture.

I have not at all seen an EA232 NEC in person, but because the 231 is quite comparable to the dell IMO, improvements to the 232 I've read about the problem to do better, but it depends on the price difference. My only cautionary note was created regardless of what the monitors to be used can get a tear on a monitor screen in games / movies if you plan to use in portrait Eyefinity 3x1 (not so in the portrait Eyefinity not for me). The alleged solution to this is to connect all of them through display port to a card such as the 6990 or Eyefinity 65870.

If you do not mind by any means about another quality in IPS displays, which is the only reason to go to IMO IPS. I was very happy w / the old 24 "Samsung TN I've had over the past three years, but when I started planning my own Eyefinity I knew at few point I would like to be able to run in portrait mode (will rotate / Wall mount swivel arms that let me change on the fly). So I determined to step up IPS w / the two fresh monitors that I purchase, and I will almost certainly replace the aged one over time. I discussed going with 3 EA232WMi in place, but I actually required to go with 1920x1200, particularly for vertical use in games (more space between frames), so I'm getting two HP ZR24W (a reconditioned).
