GTX570 not working in my system

There is something wrong with my system ATM. Unigine BM I did compare my results against other identical systems and they are receiving from 1300 to 1500 score, even at 1920x1080. I managed 585 and 601 at 1680x1050. (5 times and do not beat the 601). I converted my AA and AF off and I'm just scraping an average of 80 fps in either black or operations BC2 at 1680x1050. Turning on AA = 4 and AF = 8, I fell as low as 45 / 50 average in BC2. Black operations do not change. The HD6870 I just sold an average of 83 with 4xAA and though 8xaf has been installed on some kit I just sold (o/cq9450/4GB 1066ram). 1600cl8 2500 k/4gb system is a wire saw, the GTX 570. The motherboard I cheap out at once I heard they were bad, so I bought a MSI p67a-C45 in anticipation of replacing it in a couple of months. The only problem I had was the HX650 power failure began shortly before the new team was created and completely failed the 1st time the train was ripped SB. I took another HX650 (except the shift cables) and it starts 1st time. I strain tested with OCCT CPU, the ram with Memtest, the GPU with two ATITool / Furmark and OCCT. No artifacting, no blue screens. The new power supply has been tested in the store before leaving took her home. I am running 266.58 drivers. I am really puzzled by what help would be greatly appreciated. And if possible than please provide more detail about GTX570.

Are you running Google Chrome or IE9 or something? Both support HTML5 and can block your cards 2D clocks. Although really only had this problem with AMD cards. NVCP Check if your power management settings are set to "adaptive." Jump to prefer the maximum performance and try to see if that helps. Also make sure the power settings of Windows is the ultimate performance instead of keeping balance or power.

The retailer replaced the video card and during the past 1.5 days that has worked reasonably well. But this night everything changed again. (With a nasty smell of burning electronic). I still can boot in 60 Hz and get immense frame and then change the monitor refresh rate of 120 Hz and obtain the similar brand but if I start with 120 Hz as the saved settings are halves of the frames and undergo all games. I altered the settings of Nvidia control panel and that performance but no change. I read a number of other people with 120Hz monitors are having genuine problems running at 120 Hz as well. Is this a driver issue? Is it probable this has spoiled the card? I wish to run 120Hz. We are FPS players and I got the Nvidia for their support of these monitors. The monitor is a Samsung 120Hz 2233RZ.

Tell the store to give you another gtx570 from another manufacturer; you would not give problems, but what they have said over there, flashing the bios OC to normal bios. The post that relay around, not much use, because this guy has solved a problem that I was doing SLI with another Nvidia graphics, which is not the same case. Try uninstalling the drivers that have stuck and give it to them, not what OS you have.

GTx570 Zotac AMP internally assumes GF110 chip like the GTX580 with the exception of having the GTX 570 480 stream processors versus the 512 of the GTX580. Apparently the two graphs are almost identical. It has all Nvidia technologies such as 3D vision, CUDA, DirectX 11, OpenGL 4.0, Physx support, 3-Way SLI multi-GPU. We cannot forget that in addition to all the technologies mentioned also has control of hardware acceleration of HD video decoding.
