    asus 580 gtx terrible performance

I just installed ASUS 580gtx moving from one configuration of three fires (4870 x 2 4870) using the driver that comes on the CD, I thought that moving to a card could get better the performance of my especially with a view to all the shit Cfx, but I found what is a horrible mess, it seems that almost identical performance in some games " battlefield bad Company2" and others like HomeFront I’m getting lower fps and 3DMark Vantage keep giving me errors when I run tests on a topic of information system 580gtx isn't supposed to be much faster than 4870x2? It could damage my 580 gtx s, of course, if you have things like that.

Uninstall the driver then use Driver Sweeper to clean all traces of the old driver, install new drivers. This should solve any problems you are having. In performance of what resolution you're playing? Anything less than a resolution of 1600 you will not see a big difference in the performance of the tri-fire (which is very powerful to begin with). So it won’t get damaged. Think of it this way is to put a GTX580 performance numbers that 3 of 4870 has to do the same. Use the latest driver, not the CD driver.

Hello thank you for your quick reply. I have many changes in my system settings and after that I got following result for those changes. My 3dmark vantage score is 23983 and my gpu score is 20649. My CPU score is 46514.and my 3d mark 2011 score is 5011. well the vantage score feels actually in close proximity to my 4870 tri-fire setup , I don’t know about the 3dmark2011 , I don’t feel equipment right , by the way for this settings I used the drivers which comes with new version from nvidia website.

I think 1080p ultra 32 csaa largely put the GPU. Here are some changed frames going from my old CPU to this one and again, my old CPU was more powerful than a Q6600 by much. I am playing different games on it. I have won at least 20 frames per minutes and in some cases I get 30 frames per second’s minutes each of those games. The difference was so bad that I would to a certain extent have my present CPU with my older GTX280 overclocked I have my GTX480 and my old CPU.

In Stalker COP, my fps did not enhance at all disappearing from an 8800GTX to 470GTX. The only differentiation was that I may perhaps turn all the eye candy without losing fps while away the most (DX10) was to stop 8800GTX.In end GFX card still needs the data from the CPU and GPU than heavy favors features a gain of fps, the single CPU needs to feed more data faster to the GPU to work with. It often reduces the game. Stalker is both GPU and CPU heavy, because the AI is, among other things. The best test, as I said before, is likely to run Metro 2033 and see how it is done, as atm DX10/11 GPU is biased game out there.
