    8400 x 1050 possibility with 5 LCDs of 22 inch

I am new multi lcd gamer, do not have much time to play, but it is very addictive: twisted: It is 3x22" lcds Samsung SyncMaster 226BW, but I'll have two more additional 223/226BW for a few days and I was wondering if I can run some games in 8400x1050 that sth like that. I want to use GPU 2x5770, of course, NO crossfire (1 - 3x LCD, 2 - 2xlcd). Is that possible?

All I know about the nVidia side of the fence in terms of hardware capabilities. My message is based on knowledge. In fact Windows is not established limit is the hardware video card. On the side of things nVidia 8000, 9000, 200 series are all up to 8192x8192. You know how to discover the theoretical maximum that is competent to handle a GPU by downloading the DirectX SDK and application treatment DXCapsViewer to verify the properties of the hardware you are using. There is a limitation of Windows and not have to be 8192 or up. Design is what video card to handle. : Wink: As for 8400 pixel width, it won’t occur with the hardware that is at present on the market, since no recent gaming GPU has been intended to use more than 8192 pixels wide.

As far as I know, the 5000 series cards can not bridge GPU / cards for Eyefinity. My understanding is that if you have 2 cards Eyefinity able, using only the output port on one card, but not both. CrossFire Eyefinity and I understand you are working, but additional cards only help to process the graphics do not give out additional ports. (If I'm wrong about this, someone correct me speak and as they do not have a setting Eyefinity to definitely confirm this). If you run more than three screens, which will require EyeFinity6 card with 6 dp mini-ports.

If you are thinking in landscape orientation shows 5x larger than 5 times you can do is 1600x900 or 1600x1200 for a resolution of 8000x900 or 8000x1200. 1680x1050 pushed above the current maximum of 8,192 cards. If you want to keep the panels could do 5x 1680x1050 1680x1050 with vertical guidance for a resolution of 5250x1680. Note that the 5 shows in landscape mode will require some foresight on the desktop you use. It is likely that only work in an L configuration or area of work because of the provision required for desktop displays. I used a display setting of 5 times before with a CRT (analog softth th2g +) and is quite practical for everyday use. The fact that you can do something does not always mean you should, or actually practice. Yet I think 5x 24 "LCD in portrait mode would be great. I love to have a 6000x1920 setting.
