my smps stop working from yesterday which is of 700 W while playing mafia 2

When i play game like Mafia-2 or world in conflict my pc shut down and it won't restart. My PC config fulfill all the requirements of these games needed to play.
I have include 3 extra fans for that which gets power from smps and also the graphic card gets power from smps.

plz help me (I've change 2 SMPS 250w)

Current Specs:

Cpu: AMD Q9950 Quad Core Black Edition

Mainbord: Asus M3a78 Eh

Graphic Card : Zotac Nvidia 9800gt 1 GB DDR3

Ram 2 Gb DDR2

HDD: 500GB Sata

SMPS 700w

Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate

The very first thing that i will advise you is to legal copy of the game which does not harm to your system. If you are using the torrent version of the game then let me tell you that it got bad file in which can cause system harm by affecting the Windows System file which might be the reason for your issue. Also it is advisable that you should check whether the system is running with the latest Graphic Driver or not. Another advise is to check for unnecessary process in task manager and kill that process. Now run the game and see whether getting the same issue or not. If not working then post the event log here so that we can find the proper reason for issue.
