Does Zotac GTS 450 Amp Edition support CX400 smps

Hey, I buy a desktop pc 1 yr ago of Intel core i3 processor. This is assembled with Corsair CX 400 smps. So I want to know whether Zotac GTS 450 Amp Edition of 1 GB graphics memory will runs efficiently in Corsair CX 400. Do my pc games will properly under this situation. My other PC configuration is 4 GB RAM DDR II, Seagate 500 Sata Hard disk? So I any have any suggestions so please reply my post as soon as possible so that I will work that out.
