Mobility HD5470 problems as well as mobility modder support?

This week I have buy my fresh MSI CX620 characteristic an HD5470 which be supposed to support DX11. This is my first ATI card ever.
I have a small number of questions:
1.How can I observe my driver version? If I go on the way to the information centre, on the graphic software tab; it just gives you an idea about all kinds of extensive strange numbers.
The device manager inform driver version 8.682.1.0, is this the accurate number as well as the latest version?
2.How can I upgrade my drivers? If I go on the way to the ATI website as well as choose my graphics card as of my manufacturer, I am directed on the way to the MSI support site
3.Why can't I carry out DX11 applications?
4.Why can't I alter the color settings similar to gamma, brightness as well as contrast?

I have this problem earlier with it and I would suggest you to Update your directX as well as after that update to the beta of Catalyst 10.3 which supports 5000 series mobility cards .Download ATI Catalyst 10.3 Beta Preview for Vista/7 32-bit/64-bit from there websites.

It has been a whilst, however I experience the need on the way to update my drivers once more as all the performance increase are extremely welcome.On the other hand, MSI is offering horrifying service by not updating their drivers as well as not releasing latest versions. In addition to that I can't download them straightforwardly from AMD's site, for the reason that they never support Switchable Graphics enabled notebooks by means of Intel chipsets.
