Yes there are many agp graphics card with Pixel Shader 3.0 Support. You can go with Nvidia 7800GS or either a Nvidia 7600GS. Both are very nice card for price/performance. If you want some more good video card then you can also try out the Ati X1950 pro AGP card, it is one of the best in comparison with the other two listed before.
