ATI Radeon HD5850 crashes when on full screen in windows 7

I have a computer and there is a problem with my ATI Radeon HD5850 1GB GDDR5 video card/ graphics card. Whenever i try to open video in full screen then my ATI Radeon HD5850 ATI 5850 crashes. I am not able to see any video with full screen in window 7 operating system. What i have to do to solve my problem? please help me as soon as possible.

Video Card: ATI Radeon HD5850 1GB GDDR5

Hard drives: 1x Generic 600GB HDD, 1x 1.5TB Weston Digital or Seagate HDD

Additional PCI cards: Barracuda AC-1 Sound Card
Operating System : Windows 7 x64

I think there is a problem in your ATI Radeon HD5850 video card. Because of that you are not able see video with full screen. i think you have to check your ATI Radeon HD5850 Video Card. Check it on another machine. If same problem you get on another machine then you have to repair it for better result. After repair or change it you can check your problem. I think it definitely help you to solve your problem.

If your ATI Radeon HD5850 video card is not compatible with your computer system then also you have to face this type of problem. so first check that your ATI Radeon HD5850 graphics card is supportive to your system or not. If you want to know then contact with computer expert or computer hardware engineer.

You have to check your display setting. Go to control panel then go to Display option. Now check all display setting. If there is a problem in your display setting then you have to correct it. Also you have to check your Monitor setting. If nothing is happened and still you have a same problem then check your ATI Radeon HD5850 video card properly place in it slot or not. If not then attach it properly. Now check you can able to see video with full screen or not.
