Dell UltraSharp U3011 monitor

I am thinking of to buy a new monitor for my gaming experience. I trust on Dell a lot for desktop screens and so I am asking you if I can go for this monitor. Can you tell us what are the benefits, features etc of Dell UltraSharp U3011? Have ever used or come across this monitor and would like to share some important points about it? Is it better model for gaming or should I go for some other model?

It is similar to U2410 and U2711 and comes pre-calibrated. However, if you will compare it with U2711 model than U2711 is slightly bigger than U3011 model. However there is no major difference in the two product. Let me give you a quick view of Dell U3011 model. The viewing size of U3011 is 30 inches. The pixel pitch is 0.25. U3011 is slightly brighter and so the dynamic contrast is little higher. U3011 has 2 HDMI ports. But keep one point in mind that you need a high end rig for this monitor.
