Graphic Card for Crysis and Unreal Tournament

I will soon get a graphics card for gaming. Games like Crysis or UT7 should run well on it. My specification:
    Dual amd 64 4600 + 2.41GHz
    Asus M2N 1394
    Ati x1900 pro
    1GB RAM
    Windows XP SP2
I've already let some information and thought at first that the most important is the processor, was better informed now and am now a very good card. Guess that I am coming first or 1 GB Ram me to put. The Asus 8600GTS for 299 € or 8800 for 399 €? What would you do or get? Will I still order the card today. If the price is also ok or will I ripped off? I also read that the processor could slow down my graphics card. What is it like when I first get the € 399-card, then the new processor chip?

The price is somewhat high looking times found in miser after less then the 8800 with 640MB for 50 €. So ... the 8600 only has a 128 bit memory interface the 8800 has 320 bit also from RAM. And if as you say you want to play crysis and as new ut (and in the corresponding quality) then I would have to take Tues 8800 version is now whether 320MB or 640MB depend on what resolution you play. Hope this has helped you something.

Processor E6600 or E6750. RAM 2 GB ram motherboard Asus p5k premium wifi daweil Windows XP operating system and still (probably after sp1) and when something is good per then maybe Windows Vista. P5K-e or something in the direction to normal ddr2-800 ram and packs the crate your games on medium-high and without any problems (crysis).

I also think it's unfortunate, but the sustainability of an investment is a graphics card is comparable with other. The only thing is on Ati does not currently fit the driver, but can I improve these problems. I'm going to the 3870 (give from 170 €) to get real, because this cooler on the 8800GT (from 209 €) is ridiculous. The 5-15% performance, the GT is faster, you can be sure of low overclock well, clearly, the GT is still quite a bit faster but it is getting closer, I do not see it in a single-slot grille graphics card, the only model of the 8800GT series which I find interesting is that with the double slot cooler Gainward!!
