Device section "Configured Video Device "must have a driver line .
    Option " AddARGBGLXVisuals "" True "added to Screen " Screen0 " . Backed up file '/ etc/X11/xorg.conf 'as' / etc/X11/xorg.conf.backup ' Plantagenet configuration file to '/ etc/X11/xorg.conf '.

Re: No support for NVIDIA Optimus on Linux

Linux drivers for graphics cards based on Nvidia chipsets have been updated :
    - Support and Quadro4 Geforces4
    - OpenGL 1.3 with NVIDIA extentions
    - Bug fixes
    - RPM packages for Mandrake 8.2.
And still no support for GLX 1.3
This is non-free drivers from NVidia , not free drivers made by XFree.

ATI has not released drivers for 3D Fedora 9. If your graphics card is based R5xx or R6xx , you can try the radeonhd driver is open source but unstable.
There are drivers provided by NVIDIA livna.org and specially designed for Fedora.
    1. Make sure you use the file yum.conf the question installing programs.
    2. Open a terminal.
    3. Become root :
    su -
    4. Install the driver:
yum install - disablerepo = freshrpms kmod -nvidia
    5. Restart your computer:
    reboot.

You need to install Package . rpm to install the plugin was released, but the installation fails because of a dependency package mismanaged. Bravo , Google has tested ! To get away , the solution:
    Code:
    sudo ln- s / lib /libssl.so.1.0.0 / lib /libssl.so.10
    sudo ln- s / lib /libcrypto.so.1.0.0 / lib /libcrypto.so.10
sudo zypper in google- talkplugin_current_i386.rpm (ignore / break dependencies )
It works! In fact, it is of course set the audio and video devices and set to operate the videoconference. It is within the parameters of Gmail.
