Graphic card allow the laptop user to see all the processing activities. Inspiron TM 570 supports variety of graphic card such as ATI RADEONTM X600SE, RADEONTM HD2400PRO DV, NVidia GeForce Go 7800 GTX, F9595 Video Card and
Quadro FX 570 256 MB. so you can have any one of this card for your laptop. I have not tried any of this but in the specs for Inspiron 570 they have mention this graphic card are compatible with it.

As per my knowledge 570 has a 300W power supply, so i think that going to be cause some problem. So you need to upgrade power supply. Does not seem any other option without upgrading the power supply. New 5450 is another available option but i am sure whether they use the same 300W power supply. Hope this might help you.
