Help choosing Gaming monitor (update, IPS and Response time questions)

I am really very confused in between this three monitors

• Dell 21.5" inches Alienware OptX AW2210 Full HD Monitor.
• Dell SP2309W 23" Full HD Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor.
• Samsung Syncmaster 2233RZ 22" 3D Gaming LCD Monitor.

I can invest only max to max Rs.20000/-
Please recommend me if there are better options. Thank in Advance.

I would also like to know about the Dell SP2309W 23" Full HD Widescreen Monitor has it have its resolution to 2048 x 1152, can I able to play the game at too low a resolution? Because I am scheduling to purchase the HD - 5770, which will be able to play all recent games at the same resolution. Do this work or not.
