Nvidia Control Panel settings not working

My problem is that whenever I change the settings of any application, e.g. forcing AA off and aniso filtering off, it doesn't work.
The control panel is running fine, but the new settings don't seem to take effect, but it shows the configs perfectly..
I'm using W7 64-bit.

You need to make the installation of the driver for the graphic card under compatible mode. It could be that compatibility may be causing the issue.
