Resoution of ATI Mobility Radeon 9600 on VGA

I am going to get ATI Mobility Radeon 960 laptop. I had seen this card on a different system. It is capable of giving higher resolution more than 1024x768 which works fine. I have not tested 3D-intensive applications on the same. The desired resolution which I need is 1440x900 and I think this works best on this. I just want some settings samples and working of this graphic card information.

In my case I had set my monitor on the following settings. The horizontal scan is set at 30 kHz to 85 kHz. In the same way vertical scan is set at 48 kHz to 120 kHz. Optimal preset resolution: resolution at which you had to use this screen is 1024 x 768 at 85 Hz. The Maximum Resolution Screening is 1600 x 1200 at 60Hz verifies that the games do not pass this frequency otherwise you will not have this resolution. I had installed Windows Vista. When installing the Catalyst everything goes correctly. But the image of my computer is still VGA and in Device Manager there is a yellow triangle. I feel that the graphics card is not recognized, or there is a problem in the installation. I have this issue on a Toshiba Satellite P30, graphics card ATI Mobility Radeon 9600/9700 Series video support in my laptop.

I have a 9600/9700 mobility on my Vista laptop. and I can not put up the video drivers. In addition, I have a conflict between the AGP driver Sis and ATI drivers. So if you ever ind a driver that works. I saw on the net, a beta version of Catalyst 7.2. I tried to install but it told me I had a driver already installed when I put myself in VGA.I think this video card has some issue on Vista.
