ATI Catalyst 9.12 for HD 2600 PRO AGP, won't load

I have dell computer. I have recently installed HD 2600 PRO AGP video card in my computer. I am having problem while installing drivers and playing Guildwars. I have installed Windows XP Home installed in my computer. To fix this problem I have download and install Catalyst 9.12 in my computer, but it also doesn't install drvires. I don't know why ATI Catalyst 9.12 for HD 2600 PRO AGP won't load. Please help me.

Control Panel > system > hardware > device manager > right click graphics card > update the drivers >
