ATI Radeon 4600 low fps

I am having problems while using the ATI Radeon 4600. When I set off my game Call of Duty 6, it appears an error message telling me that my graphics card can not support this game. Before that the game will start but it keeps on lagging continuously. This all is happening because of the low FPS. I tried to update drivers to date, and then I reinstall the game several times but nothing works. Anyone over there know how to sort out this issue.

What frame rate per second does it have? As we say is subjective. Indeed, while some simply want to have 30 fps tasted better, as others set the correct time 3dfx their limit at 60 fps (3DFX had also made a demo with a side of the screen 30 fps and the other 60, the difference was clear), while others go even further with 100 fps see. For games testing we used only two resolutions: 1024 * 768 32 bit and 1600 * 1200 32 bit. However, we decided to take these tests one hand without Anti Aliasing and Anisotropic Filtering, and secondly with 4x AA and 8x Anisotropic (in quality mode on ATI). Of course, performance in different modes of Anti Aliasing and Filtering Anistropic have also been treated.
