Hello, Have you tried to using the older driver such as available for the Windows XP. I think you should try once with these drivers. You can download then from their official site. Though this might not be a great idea , but just try it can not say it can work. If you have problems in that then you can download the latest drivers of the operating system that you are using. |

Hello, The suggestion that you have given to use the older drivers looks like a good idea but I think there will be a problem of compatibility with WindXP drivers with Windows Vista drivers. I downloaded the drivers but they are the oldest drivers available on the site. Though they have mentioned that the drivers are supported for SATA/ RAID drivers. I will install and give you the feedback. |

Hello, I do have a similar kind of a problem, even i have downloaded the older drivers and installed then but unformtunetly they do not work with it. Also, I tried to install the new that is the latest drivers even they do not work. Are you sure that Intel based drivers work for the AMD platform? I need drivers which you support the following architecture nForce 7 series: 790i SLI 780i SLI 790i Ultra SLI nForce 6 series: 680i SLI 680i LT SLI If you find one then please provide it. |

Hello, To the CPU load, I'm not really worried. SoftRaid, for example is the application you are looking for, with Windows Server 2008, a RAID-5. If you need then you can go for the latest Windows 7 drivers also. Even worse: If the AHCI or RAID mode are not set, the Crosshair II some SATA ports disabled. Then you can not connect all HDDs. I hope you have understand what I am trying to explain here. |

Hello, Can you describe in some detail the times? What kind of software, such as Nvidia would it be? Can you therefore say with certainty that it will work with it? In my case I could not go for nvidia 780a. I mean to say what are the softwares that you are using? |

Hello, Just because Asus EPU-Engine installed on many boards and the software sold with, that does not mean that it also offers the same functionality everywhere. Can not command from the Windows spindown send out? "Windows can this device [in the standby send] to save energy." I guess I am correct here. |
