Acer V243H/V243HBD confusion

I am planning to but new lcd monitor for my computer. I am planning to buy one of the Acer V243H and V243HBD models, but I get confuse which to buy. Can anyone tell me which is the best monitor. Please help me to solve Acer V243H/V243HBD confusion. I watch lot's of movie and I also play lot's of game on my computer.
