GV-R587UD-1GD Problems

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows Vista operating system. I have recently purchased 2 X GV-R587UD-1GD to replace my 2 4870x2 that I sold to friends. I am not able to play high definition movie also I am not able to play game application as I get horizontal line. Please do help me out so that I can make the issue to be sorted well. It would be very much better that you check out for the thing. Please help.
