nvidia GT220 problems with CS Source

Hello. I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. I have installed CS source game on my system. The problem is that when I play offline the game with Bots it lags and freezes out. I don not know what could have been the issue. I have nvidia video card installed to the system. Please do help me out to figure the issue and get sorted. Thank you.

The problem could be related to the drivers that is been installed to the system. 1. Click on the start button
2. Now type msconfig in the search box and hit enter
3. Hide Microsoft services under the selective startup tab
4. Disable the service
5. Restart the system
