XFX GTX275 XXX or XFX GTX280

I want to buy the new graphic card for my desktop computer system because this only has the on board graphic memory for the gaming. I want one of the graphic card from the XFX GTX275 XXX and XFX GTX280 graphic cards. So which one is the better graphic card from these two. Provide the details of both the graphic cards and you are also free to suggest the other graphic cards.

You are having the desktop which currently has the onboard graphic card only. You want to add the new graphic card on the motherboard of this computer system. You are looking for the graphic card from the XFX GTX275 XXX and XFX GTX280. I think there is not much difference in both the graphic cards except the XFX GTX280 graphic card has the HDTV output and the XFX GTX275 XXX graphic card has the latest OpenGL 3.0 support.
