Driver problem on Palit GeForce GTX 260 SONIC edition

I have the desktop computer system which has the Windows 7 operating system. Recently i purchased and attached the Palit GeForce GTX 260 SONIC edition graphic card in this desktop computer. But i am facing problem with it. It is the driver problem on Palit GeForce GTX 260 SONIC edition graphic card. I am not able to install the driver of this graphic card. It stops in between.

Are you trying to install it from the driver disc which is provided with the graphic card or from the downloaded from the website.
