You are having the desktop computer system which has the onboard 256MB graphic solution and you want to add the new graphic card of the 512MB to your computer system for better performance during the gaming and watching movies. You have selected the two graphic card want to chose anyone from them and you want our help in the selection. You have selected the XFX ATI Radeon HD 4650 and ATI Radeon 9800 pro graphic cards. According to me you should go for the XFX ATI Radeon HD 4650 because i am also having the same graphic card and it is a great performer and a great value for money product.

I think you should go for the Radeon 9800 pro if you want the graphic card with the inbuilt TV tuner solution. Because this is the All in wonder graphic card from the ATI in the market.

Features of the Radeon 9800 pro.
    • TV-on-Demand records programs on your hard drive, pauses live TV and resumes broadcasts on your schedule
    • ThruView creates live, translucent TV, video and DVD windows for easy desktop access
    • Radio frequency wireless remote adds the flexibility of a hand held, 30 foot user interface
    • ATI’s new EazyLook full-sized programming grid offers theme controls and single click navigation
    • MulTView enables dual TV tuner capabilities including Picture-in-Picture and independent channel surfing
