It is of no issue to upgrade one more. But first tell me about the hard drive that you are using right now with the system that you are going through i.e.how many hard drives?. And let me tell you that it all depend on the PSU that would be of the enough to hold more of it. So check for the PSU and let me know about the same.

First of all thanks for the quick response of yours. I am having the 4 SATA hard drive connected to the system already. And also having the 1000 w of the PSU. I am worried about that if i add the same on the rig then is there any chance of the damage of the system that i can afford. Now i have given you the complete detail of the same so help me.

As per my knowledge you don't have to use the 1000w of PSU. but if you are using he same then continue with the same until you will not get the problem with the same. And don't worry you will not damage your system. It could be possible that the system will lock. If these ind of the problem persist then go and have some 850 w range.

I think that using this is not a good idea as the i7 920 overclocked to his speed of 4.2GHz will work with the 200W. As the i7 920 was OCed with 3.33GHz at stock voltages having the set up of 5870 on crossfire with the 650W on the full tilt. So it not recommended to use the same. Say thanks if you like the same.

First of all tell us which monitor you are having and at what resolution do you play??

If you are having a monitor upto 26inch and play at 1920*1080p resolution...no need of second 5870....if u r planning to play at higher resolution then you can think of upgrade...but as far as I'm concerned....wait for another 6months then add another card...it would be cheaper that time..plus who knows you may get ati 6xxx series tht time...
