help me choose gaming monitor

i am a bit confused between these monitors:
dell 21.5" inches Alienware OptXTM AW2210,

Dell SP2309W 23" Full HD Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor
.
samsung T220
.
my budjet is upto rs.15000.
pls suggest me if there are better options.


also i wanted to know, that as the dell Dell SP2309W 23" Full HD Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor has native resolutions of 2048 x 1152, will i be able to play games at lower resolutions too, eg 1680 x 1050??? coz i am planning to buy hd-5770 which will be able to play all current games at that resolution, but maybe not future games. so i wanted to know if we can adjust lcd monitors to various resolutions...

In that case i would suggest you go with samsung T220 because This screen is equipped with a slab of TN 2 ms and a dynamic contrast of… 20,000: 1 which makes it currently is the screen with the largest contrast.

According to me for gamming a monitor should be big and rich in colors.

Gaming monitor does not mean that it should be big, gaming monitor should have less response time. Lesser the response time, good is the performance of the monitor while gaming. Samsung LCD's have response time less than 5ms which is quite good for gaming.

Go for samsung p2350 lcd monitor , it is apt for gaming.
